House shifting in Muscat typically starts from around OMR 80–100 for a studio or 1 BHK and increases depending on the property size, volume of furniture, and moving distance. A 2 BHK apartment move within the same area usually costs around OMR 100–150. Villa moves and long-distance relocations are quoted after a survey. Several factors affect the moving cost, including the number of rooms and items, floor level, lift availability, distance between locations, packing materials and labour requirements, additional services such as AC installation or furniture assembly, and the day and time of the move. Bulky or fragile items such as pianos, safes, and large aquariums are quoted separately.
Our quote is fixed once we have surveyed the property or received an accurate item list. The price only changes if the actual volume is significantly higher than declared or if you add services after booking. We always confirm any additional cost with you before the team starts the work.
No. Site surveys and quotations are free. We can conduct an in-person survey anywhere in Muscat or complete a WhatsApp video survey if you prefer. A video survey usually takes around 10 minutes and is accurate enough for most apartment moves.
Yes, an additional labour charge may apply when a building does not have a working lift or when large furniture cannot be transported by lift, particularly on higher floors. We confirm any additional charges during the quotation, so let us know about lift access when requesting a price.
Standard rates apply Sunday to Thursday during working hours. Friday, Saturday, and public holiday moves may carry a surcharge depending on team availability. We recommend booking early for month-end and Eid periods, which are among the busiest moving periods in Muscat.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile transfer. For residential moves, payment is due upon completion after you have checked your belongings. Office and corporate moves can be invoiced with 15-day payment terms. We do not require full payment upfront.
Booking and Timelines
Three to seven days is usually sufficient for a local apartment move. We recommend booking two to three weeks in advance for villa moves, office relocations, month-end dates, and periods around Eid. Same-day and next-day bookings are often possible, subject to availability.

Most local moves can be completed on the same day. A 1 BHK apartment typically takes around three to four hours, including packing, loading, transportation, and unloading. A 2–3 BHK move usually takes five to eight hours. Villa and office relocations may take a full day or a weekend. Distance, floor level, and lift access can affect the timeline.
Yes. During Ramadan, we adjust our working hours to suit our clients and crew, usually starting earlier in the morning or working after Iftar. We recommend booking in advance during Ramadan as available time slots can fill quickly.
We usually start between 8:00 and 9:00 AM so the move can be completed during daylight hours. Earlier or later time slots can be arranged, and evening moves are available where building management restricts daytime access. Your confirmed arrival window will be shared with you the day before.
Yes. Please let us know at least 24–48 hours before your scheduled time, and we can move your booking to another date at no charge. For late cancellations or jobs where packing materials have already been purchased, additional terms may apply.
Many apartment buildings and gated communities in Muscat require residents to notify building management before moving in or out. Some may also restrict moving hours or require a refundable deposit. We recommend checking with building management at both locations a few days before the move. We can provide company details, vehicle information, and staff IDs if required by security.

Packing and Materials
Yes. We provide double-wall cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, packing paper, tape, mattress covers, and protective furniture blankets. Packing materials can be included in your quotation or purchased separately if you prefer to pack yourself. We can also deliver boxes a few days before the move.
Yes. Many clients pack clothes, books, and personal items themselves to reduce costs. However, we recommend leaving fragile items such as glassware, mirrors, artwork, and TVs to our professional packing team. Label each box with the room it belongs to for easier unpacking.
Yes. Our unpacking service includes placing furniture where you want it, reassembling beds and wardrobes, unwrapping and positioning items, and removing used packing materials. You can also choose partial unpacking for specific areas such as kitchens, wardrobes, or heavy furniture.
Fragile items are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and packing paper before being placed in protective cartons with cushioning. TVs, mirrors, and glass table tops are packed in suitable flat cartons or wooden crates depending on their size. They are secured upright during transportation and are never placed flat underneath other items.
We do not transport flammable or hazardous materials, including gas cylinders, petrol, paint thinner, fireworks, and chemicals. We also do not transport cash, jewellery, passports, or original documents, so these should remain with you. Live plants and pets are handled on a case-by-case basis due to heat and transportation conditions in Oman.
Yes. If we packed your home, we can collect used cartons and packing materials after unpacking at no additional cost. If you would like to keep the boxes for future use, simply let the team know.
Furniture, AC and Appliances
Yes. Our team can dismantle beds, wardrobes, dining tables, office desks, and modular furniture, carefully wrap the components, and reassemble them at your new location. Screws and fittings are kept in labelled bags for each item to prevent anything from being misplaced.
Yes. Our technicians can uninstall split and window AC units, recover the gas where possible, cap the pipes, and reinstall the units at your new address. Bracket fitting and gas top-up can also be provided where required. AC services are quoted per unit, so let us know how many AC units need to be moved when requesting a quotation.
Yes. Washing machines are drained and transit bolts are fitted where available. Refrigerators should be emptied and defrosted before the move and left standing for a few hours before being switched back on. Water and gas connections can be disconnected and reconnected where required. Let us know in advance which appliances require plumbing or connection services.
Yes. We can remove and reinstall TV brackets, curtain rails, mirrors, shelves, and wall-mounted units. Drilling into new walls can be included, but we ask you to confirm the desired positions before installation begins.
Yes, subject to assessment. We can move pianos, safes, treadmills, large aquariums, and marble or glass table tops using the appropriate equipment and manpower. These items are quoted separately because they require additional crew, straps, and protective materials. Send us photos and approximate dimensions so we can confirm feasibility and pricing.
Yes. We handle single-item moves such as sofas, beds, and refrigerators. We can also provide loading and unloading labour if you have your own vehicle or need help moving items within the same building. Both services are subject to a minimum call-out charge.
Areas and Long-Distance Moves
We provide moving services across Muscat, including Seeb, Bousher, Al Mouj, Muscat Hills, Azaiba, Ruwi, Al Khuwair, Ghubra, Qurum, Mabella, Al Amerat, and Muttrah. There is no additional charge for moves between areas within Muscat Governorate.
Yes. We handle intercity moves from Muscat to Sohar, Nizwa, Sur, Ibri, Barka, Salalah, and other locations across Oman. Long-distance moves are priced based on distance and volume. Larger moves to Salalah may take up to two days.
Yes. We provide road transportation for moves to the UAE and can handle the required cross-border moving process, including packing lists and customs documentation. Transit times depend on border clearance. We handle customs clearance through our team or trusted partners where required.
No. We currently do not provide international relocation services outside the GCC.
Office and Commercial Moves

Safety, Insurance and Damages
Yes. Our standard service includes basic liability cover for goods in transit. Full-value transit insurance can also be arranged upon request for high-value shipments. Please declare any individual item worth more than OMR 100 when booking so it can be properly listed.
Please report any damage to the team leader on the day of delivery or contact our office within six working days with photos. We will inspect the item and, depending on the circumstances and agreed coverage, arrange repair, replacement, or compensation.
Yes. Our moving crews are trained employees rather than temporary day labourers. Team members are trained in packing, lifting, furniture handling, and AC and appliance services. They arrive in uniform and carry company identification.
We use closed-body trucks and covered pickups in different sizes to protect your belongings from dust, heat, and rain. Furniture is wrapped in protective blankets and securely strapped inside the vehicle to prevent movement during transportation.
Storage and Extra Services
Yes. We offer short- and long-term storage through our trusted professional partner. Storage is available for a minimum of one month and a maximum of six months in a clean, secure, and ventilated facility. Items are inventoried when stored and collected, and we can arrange both collection and final delivery.
Yes. We can arrange move-out and move-in deep cleaning alongside your relocation, helping you hand over your old property in good condition and move into a clean new home.
Yes. We can remove unwanted furniture and appliances during your move for an additional disposal charge. If you prefer to sell or donate usable items, we can also transport them to a location of your choice. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle capacity.
